The apartment was very good and had everything we needed including a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator which were such a bonus. The location was super, next to all major sights and the Moorish castle. In fact, it was located exactly in the city center.

Despite the negative aspects, there were a few positive aspects of the stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to many restaurants and shops. This made it easy for us to explore and find places to eat. the staff members were also friendly and accommodating, providing us with information and recommendations. these positive aspects were overshadowed by the cleanliness and shower issues, making it difficult to fully enjoy our Easter stay.

The location in the old town was jaw-dropping, with amazing views from all windows. The spacious flat had two lovely bathrooms, perfect for our group of four. The artistic decorations and specific room names added a super cool vibe. Plus, the owner was super responsive.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town and a short walk to all major attractions, restaurants, and points of interest. the host is incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive to messages. the views from the apartment are breathtaking, with the opportunity to see Castelo dos Mouros, Sintra National Palace, and even the ocean. It's spacious, well-laid out, and has all the necessary amenities. the wifi is great, and the kitchen is well-equipped.
